Shipping and Handling

  • All items are dispatched from our warehouse to any street address in Australia (no PO boxes). Pick up maybe available upon special request, please contact us for further details
  • We provide you with your consignment details so you are able to track the delivery of your massage chair. Timings may vary, we do recommend you liaise with the courier if you have any specific delivery instructions
  • We use a registered door-to-door courier services. To ensure your goods get to you quickly and safely, please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery during normal business hours
  • Please ensure somebody is there to assist the driver and sign for goods
  • Our couriers are authorised to deliver to your door only
  • Insurance is included on all goods in transit
  • We ship within Australia, however if you interested in overseas shipping, please contact us to discuss
  • Pick up is available from our warehouse upon appointment

Return and Refund Policy

  • If for a valid reason you need to return the product please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the chair. It needs to be returned to our warehouse within 7 days in original packaging with return transportation costs at buyer’s expense
  • When the returned item is inspected, we will then refund full amount less any transportation costs. Refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if packaging and item is not in “as new” condition. A handling fee may also apply
